1. To adopt the Annual Report from the President.
2. To adopt the Annual Accounts of the Society for the year ending 31 December 2007.
3. To elect Officers and Councillors.
4. To elect Honorary Auditors for the year 2008.
5. To transact any other business for which due notice has been given.
6. Adjournment.

The AGM will conclude at approximately 7.15 p.m.

At 7.30 p.m. members and their guests are invited to the 2008 William Willetts Lecture:
"Strange Discoveries: Mysterious Artefacts in Singapore" by John Miksic
